  • Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom, bulk, or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: Local courier, cargo, or freight companies.

  • International Shipping: Sea freight (standard) or air freight (on special request).

  • International Deliveries:
    Estimated delivery within 30–60 business days via standard sea freight.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method.

  • For bulk and recurring clients, special shipping arrangements or rates may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide:

  • A tracking number (if applicable)

  • Courier or freight details

  • Estimated delivery window

Clients can use this information to monitor their shipment's progress.

6. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate and complete delivery address

  • A designated receiver available to inspect and accept the goods upon delivery

Organixbulk is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect delivery information.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the shipment upon receipt for:

  • Damages or spoilage

  • Packaging issues

Any concerns must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery as per our Return Policy.
