At Organixbulk International Co., we take pride in the quality and integrity of the wholesale organic products we supply. However, we understand that in rare cases, issues may arise. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, contaminated, or does not match the agreed specification.

  • The return request is made within 3 calendar days of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the issue is related to quality or damage.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that were custom-ordered or tailored to specific buyer requirements.

  • Products returned after the 3-day return window.

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with (unless due to quality issues).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage), Organixbulk will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Replacements or credit notes will be issued as per prior agreement.
